  6. that sucker just is just a gun lobbyist.
How can't it be wrong to give the child a gun?
Like the detective doesn't know this....

  7. ohmygosh.
    this man annoys me.
Okay, so the boy may have ended up doing it in the end but well still this guy is assuming that he's done it what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? and since when is an 11 year old is capiable of sticking to a plan like that?

An 11 year old would be so shook like they'd be freaking out they'd like oh shit I just killed someone, even if they ment to do it. and how can he say that it's not wrong for an 11 year old to have a gun?!

Also, since when did things like this start becoming more frequent to the point where he can say he's not shocked by the fact that an 11 year old has just "killed someone"?
Also, it's like, some girl says I heard gun shots WHO IS SEVEN, and because the police are a bit peeved about the fact they can't find this car, they believe her.
    SHE'S SEVEN.

They've no said like if this boy has any motives or like the fact that they've found the gun that was used, or like FOOTPRINTS in his house blood spatter shit, they'd be able to work it out from that if it was him or not.

(Oh and thanks SG for Dexter stream a while back, it's helped with understanding how blood spatter works.)
    :D

  8. here are the facts:
the boy killed the woman, because he didnt like her and his father knew it
he then hopped on the bus to go to school
his little sister found the woman dead and went to the landscaper/gardener whatever and told them.....
that girl is going to be FUCKED.UP. when she gets older.
and i think, if he did it, he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. he knew perfectly well what he was doing and the consequences of his actions. if you know how to use a gun, you know what it does.
look, im not against people giving theyre kids guns in a controlled environment to teach them how to responsibly use a lethal weapon so they dont get into a predicament later (ex. find one, play with it, and end up shooting someone by accident). but if a parent is to do this, he must GROW UP and learn to be responsible- keep the gun locked up in a safe and keep the bullets locked up in another safe. simple as that.

all in all, this is a very sad situation and a sorry reflection of our society in which a crime like this is no longer shocking.

  10. Something similar happened a few months ago when an 8 year old boy shot and killed his father with a gun his dad had bought for him. Apparently, he shot his father once, and then came back and shot him again because he was still alive and the boy "didn't want him to suffer."

Okay, I don't want to sound like a psycho over-reacting anti-everything kind of person...
But these kind of things can be attributed to video games. Kids shoot and "kill" imaginary people all day long in Halo 3, Call of Duty, etc. And what happens when the people die? They RESPAWN! So of course, children's grasps on the reality of death is skewed.

Of course, there very well might have been other factors, but I guarantee if you ask these kids if they play fighting/killing video games, they'll say yes.

  11. Children make bad decisions all the time - and the ramifications, their future more reflective from-a-distance feelings and long term consequences are not apparent to them. It is hard enough for an adult to cope with jealousy, let alone a child, left alone with his thoughts and resentments day after day and no one to talk to. And pulling the trigger is like going "pop" - magic - seen around us time after time each day on tv, etc, And no going back - that is the terrible part. Yeah, sure most 11 year old kids when upset don't shoot someone - they don't have their own loaded gun, so they carry on growing up and out of it like you and me. And like Jordan should have been able to do. I would have him in my home - of course I would, poor little kid. No guns here. He needs help and love. Save your revengeful thoughts for adult murderers.
